I feel that it has given me a good grounding of english grammar
which I intend to continue studying. I found it interesting learning about all the different methods of teaching and how these can be adapted to suit student’s different needs, levels of english, cultures and ages. I appreciate that a teacher must be very prepared in his or her lessons, bringing extra materials if necessary and presenting a good example for his or her students. Lesson planning takes some time and must always be as creative as possible to keep the learners motivated. I am convinced of the importance of plenty of english language exposure and to keep the students communicating as much as possible. I feel confident that I could guide learners with the various methods of teaching I have absorbed.
