In this TEFL review, Boh discusses his experience on the 120-hour online TEFL course without tutor support from ITTT. He found that the course exceeded his expectations with plenty of information covering both grammatical features of the English language and strategies for dealing with different students.
Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.
This chapter distinguished the present tenses really well. I believe this may be really challenging for the students as in many languages there are not as many simple tenses as in English. This should be followed by many exercises to avoid any misunderstandings in the future.Thank you so much for the lesson 4, present tenses. In comparison with the previous lesson covering vast part of teaching methods, this unit is more narrowed-down-lesson. This unit should go under grammar and it provides basic grammatic information which is clear and concise. This unit showed me how the model of teaching young student differ from the standard one. What kind of materials I can use during a lesson. Also what's the role of a coursebook and how to use it to improve the process of learning and teaching the English language to students.
