English Grammar -- Present Simple -- Teaching Ideas 3 -- TEFL Course

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.

Fingers crossed on this one. With this being only 12 questions and wanting to maintain a strong score as I get nearer to finishing the units, I am nervously awaiting to see how I did. Hopefully super well, but you never know. It's great to go over teacher amterial though! In this unit I have looked at teaching pronunciation and phonology. I have learnt about intonation, what it is and how it is used. I have looked at stress. I have looked at the phonemic alphabet and phonemic words. I have also learnt about articulation and how it is used.I thought this unit was rather helpful in giving teaching ideas on how to teach the future tense. I like how it was very informative on the usage of each of the future tenses and the form of each one. I enjoyed this very much and I believe this will help me in the future.
