In this final unit, we address the difficulties which are usually encountered when we begin to work as ESL teachers. For me personally, the biggest problem is with reluctant students. I have learned that pair work and role-play activities will help and I intend to persevere with these methods after providing my students with more controlled practice. I also feel that I will be able to deal better with the issues involved with differing ability levels and also large classes. I will continue to work on improving the content of my "warmer" activities and hope to establish a good rapport with my students in the future.
