English grammar is something that has always been hard for me to really wrap my mind around. After reading this course I was able to see some of the many "exceptions." And after seeing all of these I am even more convinced that English is a very difficult language to learn. I had actually never even heard of a Gerund, so that was a very interesting part for me to read. It's true what the unit says at the very beginning about how these are things we do not learn in schools growing up, but rather things we pick up naturally.
