It is always important to note the setting as well as the level that the prospective students will be under. Teaching English can look very different depending on the age, occupation, and skill level of each student. I must not provide the same lesson material to a group of 12 year olds as I would to an accounting firm. This will help me better prepare and better understand my audience.
