Unit twelve provided an ample supply of games and creative activities that can be utilized to incite student participation and prompt their understanding of writing and speaking skills. While reading the portion about writing and how it is often a neglected portion of english language learning, I thought it would be interesting to couple writing activities with artistic activities such as creating a name tag utilizing romanization. I am interested to see how thinking about penmanship or writing as an artistic outlet as opposed to just another faucet of the English language will affect the interest of future students.
