This is very helpful information to know. As a student, I have always enjoyed taking examinations. Most of my fellow students would fear them or be nervous, but I enjoyed being able to get an honest assessment of how well I was absorbing the material. I admit that I was often very discouraged when I got a poor grade, but those always made me put more effort into my studies. I will want to find a system of grading or a way of revealing students' grades that does not discourage them, but does help them to identify how well they're learning or where they need to focus more.
