In this unit, I learned about the parts of speech. Before studying this unit, I had a basic knowledge of the differences between nouns and pronouns, adjectives and adverbs. But the parts that were the most beneficial to me were the subcategories of each part of speech. I learned about the different types of nouns, the different verb tenses, and the different categories of prepositions. I think that frequent review of these differences and subcategories will be very beneficial to me.
