This unit has dealt with what it means to be a good teacher and the various roles of a teacher; what it means to be a good learner and the differences between adults and young learners; the various language levels and how they are usually categorized and what they each basically entail, along with their level of motivation. I was interested in the different roles that a teacher often plays, and also in the summary of differences between young learners and adults, as well as the difference in their motivational levels. I also found the European equivalent of the traditional learning levels to be very informative. I was not aware of this framework.
