I have understand to this lesson that teacher is very important to stablish rapport to their students from the beginning of the class as well as teachers has to find out what are the students needs and students English level of each individual class member. This enables the teachers to meet the needs and will not be too difficult to tailor and plan future lessons to cater to the students interests. Teachers can also use diffirent warmer ideas such as Hangman, Pictionary, Tongue twister and memory games, this will reallt help students warmed up and in the mood for english.
