This unit is describing some common tricky situations, which can occur during the teaching process. Also, it gives the recommendations for the teachers what methods should be used to avoid or solve the issues in the class. There are recommendations for some special activities, which can be used for the large classes, students with various levels, reluctant students and students with problematic listening skills. Of course, it is impossible to predict all kinds of situations, but it still gives me the idea how to approach the most common situations.
