This unit has taught me multiple roles of a teacher should play during class. For example. I feel its good to be a manager when the class is chaotic or out of control. But once this role has been accomplished by drawing the class back on topic, the teacher should then switch to another role that is appropriate for the learner. Also, every student's age group is different. A "one size fits all" lesson will not be as effective as playing each role of a teacher, gauging the learner's capacity and putting both together to help maximize the learner's experience.
