I really enjoyed reading about the suggested activities when teaching the Past Continuous. I feel those activities would be enjoyable for the students, as well as provide a good understanding for them to learn about the tense. I appreciated seeing the list of verbs with irregular past simple forms, as there are many examples, and we as English speakers sometimes forget just how many examples there are. Finally, I was able to see the links between the Past tense when matched against the Present tense already covered in this unit.
