There are many different methodologies for teaching. The one I believe to be the most effective for teaching business English is the ESA method. However, one will need to adapt any method given the situation - ie. "one to one" teaching, classroom teaching to students at the same level and classroom teaching to students of varying levels. There are advantages and disadvantages to both individual one on one learning and group learning and there are ways to address and minimize the disadvantages.
