This unit was very useful in that it introduces various concepts related to the structure of a class starting with preliminary evaluation to needs analysis, using that to create a syllabus and progress assessments and end of course tests. I also enjoyed the links to outside reading material and the various concepts we were asked to research on our own like norm referencing vs. criteria referencing and structural syllabus vs. situational syllabus. If anything I wish there was more information on creating a syllabus and that it included more samples.
