From this unit i have learned how to establish rapport between students and also between the teacher and student, how to find out their needs and aspirations. Every class has weak and strong students, but teacher should create the comfortable atmosphere for everybody and every student should participate. Especially in large classes. I have learned how to control them in this case. And also reluctant students. It`s very hard to let them participate in and fro this unit i have learned some tips.
