This unit mainly deals with modal phrases, which are both difficult to teach and learn. Once more nuanced grammar and ideas become the topic of the lesson, it requires a very solid foundation in English, which isn't what the majority of schools require. As such, I believe more focus should be spent on fundamental English (and how to teach it), rather than topics like this, which pose little relevance to most schools.
