The unit gives us a look at common problem situations that may occur at class and the ways to make classes interesting, easy and goal achieving. It provides the information about the rapport creation, classes types, potential issues and the ways to handle them. We are given the activities and warmers, materials and tasks. We get to know how to act in different classes depending on a size, students' knowledge level, etc. We re taught how to handle the reluctant students' and the difficulty with listening texts.
