Here Below you can check out the feedback (for one of our units) of one of the 16.000 students that last year took an online course with ITTT!

This unit reviewed the different learners that you can encounter when teaching English in the field. Reading about the different needs of different age groups reinforced the guidance to approach each student as an individual. Take a moment to asses and analyze the needs of the person or group. Give them a mix of what they want, and what you think they need. Use positive reinforcement. Learning a new language, especially as an adult I think, forces an individual to be vulnerable. They really are preparing and accepting that they will fail again and again in their pursuit to learn the language. I admire that and I think positively challenging and nurturing these students is the best way to ensure their success. The key is to remember this every day.
