This unit has given a general insight of the qualities and roles of a teacher as well as the difference between learners with respect to age and their subsequent motivation, experience, expected behaviour to name a few. It has also taught me the terminology in categorising learner levels. Initially, the most challenging aspects were differentiating roles of teachers and categorising learner levels; however it served as a great introductory to understanding different approaches an instructor can take along with identifying what a learner should know at the various levels.
