This unit was both very useful and slightly difficult for me. As a native English speaker I don't often consider the technical elements of speech. I picked up most of my language ability from reading voraciously and because of this I know when something "sounds right" but not necessarily why in a grammatical context. As a result there was a fair amount of information in this section that was largely new to me and it took some extra time to digest it all
