The demonstration videos clearly show the effectiveness of having a well thought out lesson plan and positive attitude. Also, they showed how different the results will be if the teacher clearly explains and demonstrates what is expected of the students, while eliciting English language from them at all stages of the lesson. The students felt more comfortable in the second demonstration because of how the teacher handled mistakes and errors.
