This unit has taught me the difference between authentic and non-authentic materials, and how to use them effectively. As a Corporate English Trainer, I've always used both authentic (materials from reputable sites such as Harvard Business Review, AFP, The New York Times, etc.) and non-authentic (provided by my company's resources department). I must say that having learned the terminologies described and explained in this unit has given me a more meaningful and practical perspective with continuous appreciation in conducting telephone lessons to my learners from all over the world.***
