This unit covered problem areas that all teachers face and how to deal with them. Problem areas include such things as designing first lessons and building rapport with students, warmer activities to get students motivated to learn, differing levels which are so hard to deal with and can cause so many problems (for me this one needs more personal reflection, because I have seen this in language classes I have taken and see how big of a problem it can become, so I want to find more ways to improve this situation), students not wanting to participate, etc. It is not easy when we come across these different problems but staying positive and getting other students involved in solutions seems to be common and useful. I look forward to being a teacher and appreciated this opportunity to pre-plan solutions to these everyday problems. Thanks for designing such a great course, I deeply appreciate it. I am a better teacher and learner because of it!
