This unit covers how a teacher should handle different classroom environments, situations, and dynamics. While each type of classroom has its charms, teachers should be able to adapt to all of the types of classrooms and students. Each type of classroom can have different needs regardless of the similarity of student profile, thus, teachers should always keep in mind their students' needs and wants. Each type of class has its specific requirements from the teacher and have different demands from the teacher, but all English language classrooms should be focused on learning and speaking in English, and not in the students' native language.
If teachers can keep in mind the various needs and requirements of their students, as well as the do's and don'ts for each class type, they will be able to effectively teach their students and ensure that students and the teacher enjoy coming to and learning in class.
