Teachers may encounter many common problem situations but how do we properly deal with the problems? This unit gave us some good ideas. For example, when teaching a large class, we may like to use worksheets, appoint group leaders, and offer pair tasks and groups tasks. Most of all, we need to encourage all students to get involved. When dealing with reluctant students we need to use plenty of pair work, controlled practice and role play etc to encourage them to speak.
