That was a very useful unit. It made me review and consolidate many aspects of TEFL methodology and attitudes. For example, info on adult learners specifics like having to study after the working hours, when they feel tired from their professional activity. Another useful tip was to grade instuctions for mixed-level groups, which I tend to forget. I really liked the concise overview of common approaches to language learning. Earlier I had read a lot about them, but a short comparative summary is always a great way to systematize. As for the lesson structure part, I had been acquainted with the idea if ESA, and had intuitively used boomerang and patchwork structures - now I learned the terms.
