I really enjoyed this unit. It gave great tips and advise on different types of classes/students to expect. It also gave really good tips on how to handle situations that may arise within the classroom and how to deal with them. It was very helpful with regards of giving tips with students from different environments and ages such as coming from a company to learn English or being a student in school. It was also really interesting to learn how the different age groups learn.
