The final unit deals with the common problem situations. When faced with challenges the teacher should not use the coursebook in the first lesson. Use activities that will establish rapport between students if they are a new group. Know more about the students, their needs and aspirations with English and find out the level of English of each student. Other potential problems include different levels, large classes and use of the native language. Some methods of approach to use in these situations are warmers, using different materials, worksheets, pairing etc.
