This unit focuses on the use of coursebooks, created materials, and authentic materials in the classroom. By stating clear advantages and disadvantages and providing examples, it is implied that teachers should balance those materials to complement each other and support the learning needs of the actual students. When choosing the materials, we must consider whether they are relevant, interesting and useful, and, if possible, try a few different approaches to find what works best and what is getting negative feedback from the students.
