This unit discusses classroom equipment and how to make the best use of it, and also introduces a range of teaching aids in various media. Advantages and disadvantages of both categories are explained, as well as practical principles for use. The most important principles that I noted are to make sure everything works, prepare and cue in advance, and have a backup plan when using technology. I was impressed with how many resources exist on the web and am glad to have so many useful links in this lesson.
