From watching the two class videos I learned that the teacher's attitude has a large influence on the class's success. A positive attitude helps motivate the students and being more encouraging can help the students' confidence. It is also better to be patient than to lose your temper so that as the teacher, you can explain something better and so the students want to keep trying. A teacher must also stay aware of the students, when they are struggling or if they seem intimidated. Instead of continuing a lesson when the students are confused, the teacher should find a better way to cover the material so that everyone understands. All students should be involved throughout the class and all students' needs should be addressed.
