In this unit we we focused on different types of tests given by teachers to students at different stages in a course. Placement tests are to enable teachers to place new students into the correct leveled class. Progress test is to remain the students what they've learnt or forgotten within a prescribe period. Diagnostic test is a form of assessment that occurs before instruction begins. Practice test is for post exam preparation. External text are mostly for admission purposes.
