Unit 5 is describing how to manage classes properly. It tell about eye contact between the teacher and students, gestures and the voice. The grouping of students is an important part of class management, because it helps to control the behavior. Such aspects should be considered as space available, type of chairs / tables, age of the students, nationality and student personality. Teacher should control his/her talking time in the class and try to give more time for students to talk.
While meeting some behavior problems in the class, , teacher should never lose the temper, and find the right way out of the situation.
