As a guitar teacher I found the unit notes about the equal importance of accuracy and fluency very relatable with many similarities to teaching guitar technique, speed and clarity in balance with overall fluency of melody. This is a connection I had not made before and it really helped to solidify its importance, as a teacher of English or music it is easy to get caught up in the accuracy side of things. I also found the list of games to be a very useful tool to help me create a fun engaging lesson activities that I might not have thought of previously.
