This unit discusses common problems that students might encounter in their EFL classroom and possible ways to solve these issues. In this lesson, I learned that existing groups have the advantage that they are already comfortable with each other, but the teacher will still have to establish some sort of rapport with them. I also found that insisting that students have to participate is not going to be a good method to get reluctant students to participate more.
