The content of this unit was very helpful in showing me different methodologies that can be implemented in a classroom setting. I was able to see how the "Engage-Study-Activate" pattern can be effective in engaging students. Additionally, I learned how important it is to be wise in how I correct students mistakes. I do not want to cause students to shy away from participating, so I need to be patient and gracious when they make mistakes. On the other hand, I need to be firm in correcting errors in the "study" portion of the class, so that other students in the class does not follow a wrong example.
