Unit "Troubleshooting" has taught us how to deal with common problems we would probably face during teaching English at courses or at schools. These problems usually are large classes, mixed ability groups, reluctance of participation, using own native language during the lesson, problems with listening and understanding texts, first lesson syndrome, etc. So, this unit has given us lot of suggestions, ideas, methods, ways, techniques which we can use while encoutering problems and troubles or even while planning a lessons.Thanks a lot!!!
