Unit 3 gave me the ability to learn different teaching methods in the classroom. I learnt about different activities I can apply in the English language with students and the appropriate method names to it. I realised that there are many fun activities a teacher can apply to the classroom to engage with her\his students. From my learning, I will be applying the Engage, Study and activate. In the past,I was a teacher assistant and although I applied this method I didn't fully recognise its value until reading the theory behind it .It makes sense in a learning journey to apply a classroom methodology and create a program with structure that helps children get the most out of their lesson. I will definitely apply the engagement ideas that this module has provided me with.
