This unit focused on the productive skills of speaking and writing and how they are essential in communication and therefore need to be taught in the TEFL world. This unit helped highlight the need to dedicate time to writing, even though it is typically neglected in TEFL and did a good job at explaining the importance of accuracy and fluency and their distinctive purposes and roles. I really enjoyed all of the game and activity ideas and am excited to utilize them in my lesson plans.
