I enjoyed this unit as it started out with the extreme basics , which I never even thought of.
Too manny times we get into something and it het around a group of people not knowing what to expect, how to carry ourselves...etc
However, this has been very insightful.
It is material that can be used if a teacher had a hard day and may need to reflect on how the lesson was of the day, what went wrong and what could’ve done better. It is a great, get-back-to-basics with communicating skills.
