In Unit 5, we go over many of the strategies employed in successfully managing English Learning classes. Since all of my experience is working with students in America it was great to have an overview of different management techniques that I may use when teaching in Korea. While I am confident in my abilities to connect with students taking the valuable information from this unit will really help in my transition into teaching in the Korean educational system. I understand that there is no one way to serve students but this unit went over basic themes and gestures that surely prove useful.
