In this unit, I studied the qualities, roles and responsibilities of both teachers and students. It helped me have a deeper and more detailed understanding of teaching.
During my past teaching experience, I might have been focusing more on myself as a teacher about how to deliver the information smoothly and not paying enough attention to students' feelings. For example, how much time they have practiced in class, how much they enjoy it and if the class is motivating and inspiring, etc.
I think I will try to think more from a learner's point of view in the future and contribute more as a teacher.
