In this unit, I studied conditionals and reported speech. For conditionals, there are five main ones: zero conditional, first conditional, second conditional, third conditional and mix conditional. And for each of them, we discussed the form, usage and are given examples. Some good teaching ideas are also given to us, like split sentences, etc. For the reported speech part, we compared it with direct speech and discussed what changes need to be made from direct speech of different tenses to reported speech. It's like every tense taking a step back. Also time expressions need to be changed in some tenses. And we are given some very useful teaching ideas.
