In unit 20 we learned about troubleshooting common problems and situations. This is good because I am very poor at troubleshooting and this unit made it sound simple, I needed that. We looked at the first lesson for teaching new language students or existing groups. We went over what some achievements should be and how to accomplish them. We also reviewed some warmer ideas, mixed level classes, How to deal with large classes, students that keep trying to use their native language, reluctant students, and difficulties of listening.
