I think, overall, this grammar seemed like the hardest to understand. I don't think, personally, this was because the content is hard, but it's definitely more because the content is different and less structured than past or present usages of it. The structure itself is pretty self-explanatory, but the various usages can easily be mixed up. Likewise, I think that it's important for students to understand this so that they can learn to plan things - time tables, schedules, etc. as, in English, that's one of the major things that we do.
