This unit does an excellent job of highlighting the different types of learners one might work with as an ESL teachers and their individual needs. I especially like the examples given of what suitable activities might be for each group. It is clear that, working with different types of individuals and in different classroom settings can pose very different issues and situations. I have learned that you do not have to be a master of and business pursuit in order to teach business English. I also really enjoyed learning about conducting a "Needs Analysis", which I believe may be a very useful tool in a classroom full of adults at different levels of language skill.
