In this unit we discussed the many nuances that go together in effectively managing a classroom best. We discussed the appropriate and inappropriate ways to use eye contact, use gestures, use your voice, group students together for different activities, arrange the classroom, effectively use teacher talk time, give instructions, build rapport with the students, maintain discipline, and deal with problem behavior.
