In this unit, I learned about the two productive skills, writing and speaking. As with the receptive skills, it is important to engage the students with interesting activities. While some of the teachers I work with prefer worksheets, games also seem like a fun, active way to engage the students. I'd like to try some more games if given the opportunity.
Q10, if I got it right, implies that pronunciation is the least important skill for writing. Perhaps, but I still think it's valuable. When teaching new words, I often drill the students while they practice speaking and writing the word at the same time. I've found that effective for some difficult, common words.
